How does it work?
The organization defines the coaching goals together with me and the manager being coached.
Then the journey starts:
One-on-one sessions, each lasting about an hour, Between 8 to 15 meetings in total
During the sessions we:
Sharpen the coaching objectives
Explore how the manager sees themselves and their team
Define the team’s mission and how to achieve it
Discuss challenges and provide practical tools for solving them in the day-to-day
At the end of the process, we will have a concrete plan to achieve the goal - sometimes, the goal is already achieved along the way.

Although managers have a team they can consult with, the majority of the critical decisions are made alone.
If you don’t want to face important decisions by yourself, I would be glad to partner with you and jointly make a thorough review of the decisions needed to be taken.
