My Philosophy
I believe that an organization’s success depends on its investment in human capital.
The way to achieve this is through focused, and sometimes unconventional, investment in managers at all levels, which ultimately strengthens the entire organization.
To me, management is a profession. Like any profession, it must be studied, nurtured, and given the proper investment. Only then can a manager grow into a leader - someone who inspires and guides their people toward success.
